Important Settings

Please make sure, that you modify the following settings.

Path to ImageMagick, FFMpeg and Exiftool

It is important that the paths to ImageMagick, FFMpeg and Exiftool are set correctly (you had to set the paths in the "OneTimeSetup-Wizard" already). You can change this again in the "Setup" of the Administration.

Absolute path to Assets

Only applies to any other database then Oracle! Since your assets are stored on the hard drive you will need to supply the absolute path to the asset folder (you had to set the path in the "OneTimeSetup-Wizard" already).
The default "assets" folder is within the "Razuna" Folder. If you need to change this you will need to create the folder first (can also be on a shared volume or network drive) and then suppply the absolute path to the folder.

Razuna Mail-Settings

There are two places you will need to take care of the mail settings. Once is outlined here, which is the core setting for your mail sending and the other is within the Razuna Administration. The most important one is this one here. Please follow the steps below to add/modify a mail server.

WARNING: Any changes to the engine, other then the ones shown here, and resulting in failure of Razuna do not entitle you for any free support of alike. This is meant for people who know what they do! If you are not sure, please contact us or get your administrator to help you!

Access the Administration

The OpenBD Administration can be found at http://localhost:8080/bluedragon/administrator/ (of course enter here the domain you use to access Razuna). You will then see a login screen. Enter "admin" (unless you have changed the password, which you should have!).

Once you are in the Administration, navigate to the "Mail" section on the left side. You should then see any existing mail servers, or if none, you are able to add a new mail server. Simply save the modifications and you are done. Make sure, that you check "Test Connection" to run a simple test in order to be able to send out mails Take the below screen shot as a reference.

NOTE: The current application server can NOT connect with SSL!
